All our meat, seafood and cheese selections are special-order items and are all professional chef grade from traceable and sustainable sources. Orders cut-off on Wednesday, 1 p.m. for pickup on Friday or Saturday.
Foie gras mousse from Moulard ducks is fully-cooked and ready-to-eat. Nothing but duck foie gras, Sauternes wine, sugar and white pepper in its recipe, which allows the pure foie gras flavor to come through in every creamy bite.
