Buffalo Mozzarella D.O.P. from Campania


“Denominazione di Origine Protetta”, or Protected Designation of Origin, the classification which provides the assurance of the product's authentic Italian origin.

This mozzarella is produced from the herd of buffalo that live on the 500 acre farm in Caserta, in the designated area of Campania.  The herd is fed with corn, greens and hay from the same farm.
