Grapes come from the oldest vineyard, over 55 years old.

Straw yellow with golden highlights with floral and mineral aromas. A structured and elegant wine.  Only 4000 bottles produced.

Impressive body and structure that is noble and elegant.  Intense aromas of candied cedar, lemon juice, lime, lemongrass, citronella, notes of ginger and flint. Excellent and interesting continuity on the palate, with a soft, savory, and enveloping mouthfeel. Slightly almond-like finish.

Pair with:
Complex seafood dishes and white meats.
