Grown organically in 10 hectares along the bank of the Platani river in Casteltermini, Sicly. The whole territory of the valley of the Platani, from Sant'Angelo Muxaro, to San Biagio Platani, Raffadali etc .. has a strong tradition in the cultivation of pistachios. A few years ago the Pistachio Association of the Valle del Platani was formed and we are working to create a DOC Pistacchio Valle del Platani. This small but delicious fruit kidnaps everyone with its unique and intense flavor that earned him the denomination "GREEN GOLD".
