Bibanesi with 100% extra virgin olive oil have the unmistakable fragrance that only the love for genuine things of those who have been making bread for four generations can give them.
The dough, made from flours rich in gluten and precious extra virgin olive oil, without the use of any preservatives, is left to leaven for a day and a night: a very slow ‘long leavening’ process. At this point, the Bibanesi are shaped and stretched by hand. Finally, a light sprinkle of sesame enriches and further enhances their unmistakable flavour.
Because of this special processing and the careful research of flavors, Bibanesi are more fragrant than normal hand-stretched breadsticks, more delicious than the usual buns and are the right accompaniment for every dish and at any time of day.
