Straw yellow with fine bubbles. Apple and ripe pear notes with faint scents of wisteria. This bubbly pairs well with typical dishes of the Nettuno seaside. Good balance and clean finish.

Vegetable (esp. artichokes) first courses, fish or pasta with seafood, beef tartare with truffles.
